CAELO Bar Co. is a dry bar service and does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages. In accordance with Massachusetts state law, all alcohol must be supplied by the client. CAELO Bar Co. assumes no liability for the purchase, transportation, or consumption of alcohol at any event. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local and state liquor laws and regulations. 

We are fully insured and committed to providing safe, professional service at every event. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.. Our team reserves the right to request identification and refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age. 

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled event may be subject to additional charges.

The client is responsible for any damages to bar equipment, decor, or materials caused by guests during the event. By booking our services you agree to these terms,
